Now Offering Clinical Supervision Services with Alicia Koppy, LMFT
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a passion for helping clinicians grow into confident, compassionate, and skilled therapists. My clinical work is rooted in an integrative approach that draws from CBT, narrative therapy, family systems, and strategic thinking. I specialize in postpartum mental health, anxiety and mood disorders, parenting, and life transitions—areas that have deepened my understanding of the challenges many clients face and the creative, evidence-based ways we can support them.
As a clinical supervisor, I bring that same integrative and supportive lens to supervision. I value collaboration, curiosity, and openness, creating a space where supervisees feel encouraged to explore their clinical work, identify strengths, and stretch toward growth. My goal is to help each supervisee develop their own therapeutic style, deepen their clinical insight, and approach their work with confidence, balance, and authenticity.
Supervision Services
I offer individual, triadic, and group supervision for pre-licensed therapists working toward LMFT, LPCC, amd LCSW clinical licensure.
In our work together, you can expect:
Supportive and Collaborative Learning – A space where your voice matters and your clinical instincts are valued.
Guidance in Licensure Preparation – Clear support in documentation, case conceptualization, and meeting BBS requirements.
Clinical Skill Development – Practical strategies and feedback for working with individuals, couples, and families.
Professional Growth & Work-Life Balance – Encouragement to reflect on your professional identity while maintaining healthy boundaries and avoiding burnout.
My goal is to not only prepare you for licensure but to help you feel equipped to thrive in this field for years to come.
